Picture and Measures
Take a picture of your room.
Make sure to shoot the photo straight on.
It also helps if you can get a good part of the wall to show (preferably up to the ceiling).
Take reference measurements
If you can’t not measure the entire wall, measure the distance between features such as mouldings, mantles, or windows.
