Acrylic Glass

Acrylic glass is light, shatterproof, and resistant to temperature fluctuations. For luminous colors and depth, making the colors and depth really pop.

Ultra HD (high definition) Paper

Your artwork is printed in the highest standard Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima paper, emphasizing even the most minor details in your photo and making the colors more vivid and brilliant. In addition, the ultra HD paper print is light-resistant for longer-lasting luminous colors.

Backing 

The 1/8 in (3 mm) aluminum Dibond backing comprises two layers of aluminum sandwiched around a polyethylene core, which completes the overall look while providing additional stability.

The certificate of authenticity was designed to ensure the security and genuineness of your Sebastian Dietl Limited Edition photograph and minimize the risk of forgery and duplication. 

You can find a serialized and numbered hologram sticker on the front of your Certificate of Authenticity. A second identical hologram and sticker is on the envelope and must be applied on the photography’s reverse side. 

Sebastian Dietl Photography records all Limited Edition and the respective serial numbers. Combining the Certificate of Authenticity and serialized hologram assures that each Certificate of Authenticity relates only to a single piece of art. 

Store your Certificate of Authenticity separately from the original artwork in a safe place.

We partner with photo labs that use the most exclusive manufacturers for all their materials and proven production methods over many years.

As a result, we can promise fade-resistant prints and photographs for at least 75 years in exhibition conditions. You can also positively influence the colorfastness by keeping direct sunlight and high humidity away from your piece.

HD metal prints are suitable for outdoor areas. However, due to natural influences, artworks placed outdoors may not have the same longevity as those kept indoors.

You can clean the photo with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth (a microfiber cloth, for example). To ensure that you can keep your piece for as long as possible, do not use any glass cleaners for mounting on acrylic or aluminum. Also, avoid applying too much pressure when cleaning the surface.

We select and attach different hanging systems depending on the size.

Depending on format: two pieces for a horizontal edge length of 10,2 x 19,6 in. (26 – 50 cm), around all edges for larger sizes.

Hanging your frame can usually be done with two screws or hooks anchored or screwed into holes in the wall. For smaller photos, two nails may suffice.

You should always use two nails, screws, or hooks so your photo doesn’t slide to the side or become crooked. Our products are also compatible with gallery rails, where the hooks are attached to thin nylon threads.

You cannot change your order once it has been placed. You can, however, change the delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

There is a 2-hour window after your order is completed where you can cancel it and then place a new order.

We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, and most European countries for the sizes of the artwork displayed on the website.

Production time for your artwork is approximately 9 business days. After that, the artwork will be shipped to your home. It will take about 3 weeks to receive the artwork from the moment your purchase.

We will send you the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Please check your picture in the presence of the delivery person. If you find damage, you must refuse delivery. Then contact us immediately so we can make a replacement right away. For quick processing, it is very helpful to email photos documenting the damage.

In case you have already accepted the order before detecting damage, please contact us immediately. Please keep the original packaging in case the goods need to be sent back.
