The Certificate of Authenticity is designed to guarantee the security and authenticity of your Sebastian Dietl Limited Edition photograph, protecting it from forgery and duplication.

Each certificate features a unique, serialized hologram sticker on its front. A matching, identical hologram is provided on the envelope, which must be affixed to the reverse side of the photograph.

All Limited Edition artworks and their serial numbers are securely recorded by Sebastian Dietl Photography. The combination of the Certificate of Authenticity and serialized hologram ensures that each certificate is uniquely tied to a single artwork.

To safeguard its validity, store your Certificate of Authenticity separately from the artwork in a secure location.

We collaborate with top-tier photo labs that utilize premium materials and time-tested production techniques from leading manufacturers.

As a result, we guarantee fade-resistant prints and photographs that will last for at least 75 years under exhibition conditions. To further preserve the color integrity of your artwork, we recommend keeping it away from direct sunlight and high humidity.

Due to environmental factors, artworks displayed outdoors may not have the same longevity as those kept indoors.

To clean your photo, gently wipe it with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth (such as a microfiber cloth). To preserve its longevity, avoid using glass cleaners on acrylic or aluminum mounts. Additionally, refrain from applying excessive pressure while cleaning the surface.

We choose and attach the appropriate hanging system based on the size of the frame.

For smaller frames with a horizontal edge length between 10.2 x 19.6 inches (26 – 50 cm), we use two hanging pieces. For larger sizes, we apply hanging systems around all edges to ensure stability.

Hanging your frame is typically done with two screws or hooks, which should be securely anchored into the wall. 

To ensure your photo remains level and doesn’t shift, always use two screws, or hooks. Our products are also compatible with gallery rails, where hooks are attached to thin nylon threads for easy adjustments.

Once your order is placed and paid, it cannot be changed. However, you can update the delivery address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, and most European countries for the artwork sizes listed on our website.

The production time for your artwork is approximately 9 business days. Once completed, it will be shipped to your address, and you can expect to receive it within 3 weeks from the time of purchase.

We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Please inspect your artwork in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. For quicker processing, we kindly ask that you email photos showing the damage.

If you’ve already accepted the delivery before noticing any damage, please contact us right away. Keep the original packaging in case the item needs to be returned.
